The family moved to the U.S. in 2004, and from 2005 Jayne began practicing Family law in Fort Myers, FL (only recently came to Hill Country). Jayne focused on Family Law because families are the fiber our society is made of, and children are our most precious resource. Divorce is better viewed as a restructuring event and not so much as an end to a relationship. Jayne feels a deep commitment to respect important family relationships. She understands how intensely personal and emotional family disputes can be. But rather than hurtful destructive choices, she emphasizes finding peace and moving on as soon as possible. And she focuses on child centered outcomes wherever possible.
After working as a partner in DeBoest, Stockman, Decker, Hagan, Cheffer & Webb-Martin, P.A. in TX for many years, Jayne opened her own firm: Webb-Martin Law. She and her husband recently had the opportunity to move to the Texas Hill Country to be nearer family. The Webb-Martin’s have set up their life in and around Comfort, Texas. Jayne’s goal for her new Texas practice is to make it feel like “coming home” to the “country.” Her office is inviting – well set up for mediation, collaboration or consultations– and Jayne invites you to call or stop by anytime.
