Jayne moved to Zimbabwe, Africa when she married a professional game hunter. She and her husband made a home in Zimbabwe for more than a decade where they started a family of three girls. The family moved to the U.S. in 2004, and from 2005 Jayne began practicing family law in Fort Myers, FL.

As a parent, Jayne has a deep commitment to the preservation of important family relationships. She understands how intensely personal and emotional family disputes can be. Jayne would rather help you rebuild and restructure. Her emphasis is to turn away from destructive choices.

Jayne is now a partner at the Law Offices of DeBoest, Stockman, Decker, Hagan, Cheffer & Webb-Martin, P.A., where she specializes in family law and mediation. She is a member of the Florida Bar and a Certified Family Mediator. Her belief is that problems should be solved, not created, and she works to achieve this by emphasizing interest-based negotiation.
